Venari Projects was engaged to undertake the design and construction of a 350sqm single story office building within ACFS’s Port Botany container yard.
The project involved services lead ins, detailed excavation, screw piling, slab on grand, prefabricated wall and roof framing, metal cladding, windows & doors and internal office fit out. The project was completed over a 5 month duration.
